In this set of audio lessons, Stefan Grossman teaches six fingerpicking blues guitar solos. The three compact discs feature note-by-note, phrase-by-phrase instruction of the music featured in the book. In addition to instruction for the arrangements of Tribute to Lonnie Johnson (in Drop D tuning) and Dollar Town that appear in the book, Lesson One includes two special tracks of Lonnie Johnson performing two tunes. Lesson Two teaches Yazoo Basin Boogie in Drop D tuning and Religious Trainfare Blues in standard tuning. Lesson Three presents Blues for the Mann and Lemon's Jump, tributes to two great blues men. I already play a mountain lap dulcimer, but this one gives the instrument a whole different dimension to playing. Really beautiful craftsmanship. Thus isn’t a toy, but a lovely wooden instrument. Very easy to play!

Multifacsited approach to something fun to do!

Plays like a dream. I have MS and am no longer able to play guitar, but this uke let's me play songs again and sing. I had no idea how much I'd missed having music in my body. Thanks, Lark!

I love these little hand carved wood whistles from Brazil

These are great! They have a grand sound!
