Doc Miller presents a rare treat- traditional New Orleans Jazz in the style of George Lewis! It's hard to find trad jazz that's not hokey "Dixieland", but this is the real thing, the folk music of old New Orleans played the turn of the century way as revived by Lewis and Bunk Johnson around the 1940's. Miller, who studied with Lewis, plays a mean clarinet - along with cornet, trombone, banjo, piano, bass and drums, and somehow sounds like he played all the parts at the same time, it's so lively and spirited.

I already play a mountain lap dulcimer, but this one gives the instrument a whole different dimension to playing. Really beautiful craftsmanship. Thus isn’t a toy, but a lovely wooden instrument. Very easy to play!

Multifacsited approach to something fun to do!

Plays like a dream. I have MS and am no longer able to play guitar, but this uke let's me play songs again and sing. I had no idea how much I'd missed having music in my body. Thanks, Lark!

I love these little hand carved wood whistles from Brazil

These are great! They have a grand sound!
